Prof. S. Magesh – Editor-in-Chief
Prof. S. Magesh is a distinguished academician, visionary entrepreneur, researcher, and perpetual learner. With a strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering, he has acquired diverse qualifications spanning engineering, science, arts, administration, technology, linguistics, and management. Since beginning his academic career in 1999, he has ascended through roles as Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, accumulating 15 years in academia and 12 years in the corporate sector. His contributions have enriched engineering institutions across Tamil Nadu until 2014.
A renowned researcher, Prof. Magesh has published 23 refereed Scopus and Web of Science journal papers, holds two patents, and has authored two books with ISBN and DOI registrations. His expertise extends into Information Technology, Publications, and Teaching. In 2014, he founded Maruthi Technocrat E-Services (MTES) and Jupiter Publications Consortium, anticipating the growing demand for E-Business Development platforms and Publications.
Prof. Magesh is widely recognized for his expertise in training and mentoring, serving as an Empanelled Language Head Trainer with Words Worth and an Instructor at the Officer’s Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, since 2019. His contributions have earned him numerous prestigious gratis accolades, including the Distinguished Innovator & Edupreneur Award on November 7, 2017, the Lifetime Achievement Award from the National Foundation for Entrepreneurship Development on September 5, 2019, and the Distinguished Entrepreneur Award (Global Excellence Awards) from Centro Universitario Unifacvest, Brazil & Special Minds, India, on October 1, 2023.
Beyond academia and entrepreneurship, Prof. Magesh is also a former National-Level Handball Player. He currently serves as the Chairman and Director of Magestic Technology Solutions (P) Ltd., Chennai, and the Chief Editor of Magestic Technology Solutions (P) Ltd. and Jupiter Publications Consortium, Chennai. Additionally, he holds positions as a Visiting Professor for MCA and MBA at SRM Institute of Science and Technology (Online Education) and as a Professor specializing in MEP, HVAC Project Management, Oil, and Natural Gas at JP Jacobs International University, USA. Prof. Magesh continues to redefine education, entrepreneurship, and technological innovation, making a lasting impact on academic and business communities worldwide.
Mrs. Esther Faith Martina – Senior Editor
Esther Faith Martina completed her schooling at Baynes Memorial Baptist Church Matriculation Higher Secondary School Chennai, with a B.Sc in Zoology from the renowned Women’s Christian College in 1997. She earned her Masters in English Literature in the year 2001, a B.Ed in English in 2006 and an MBA in Education Management during the year 2008. Martina started her career as a Teacher in the year 1997 at Bingham Baptist School, Chennai and due to her perpetual hard work, foreseeing vision and unstinted educational service to the learner community at large, she was elevated as Principal in the year 2001 with an illustrious teaching career spanning for 15 years.
She worked as an Administrative Officer at a Patent and Trademark corporate office for 3 years, and she was a freelance education consultant till the year 2018. With strategic foresight, determination, and passion for the field of education , I co-founded a company named Magestic Technology Solutions Private Limited to provide holistic education solutions during the year 2019.
As a leader and innovator, Martina possesses strong business development and relationship-building skills. She has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in collaboration with universities and colleges, bridging contemporary real-time knowledge to nurture budding academicians and entrepreneurs. Since 2019, she has been an empanelled Language Trainer with Words Worth & Officer’s Training Academy, Chennai.
Martina’s career seamlessly blends academic excellence, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She has earned prestigious accolades, including the Distinguished Entrepreneur Award from Centro Universitario Unifacvest, Brazil & Special Minds, India (Oct 01, 2023) and Women Achiever of the Year 2025 from Lions Club International & Penulagam (Apr 9, 2025). A former district-level athlete, she currently serves as Director and CEO of Magestic Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Editor at Jupiter Publications Consortium, Chennai, continuing to make a significant impact.
