Prof. Dr. S. Magesh – Editor-in-Chief
Prof. Dr. S. Magesh earned his M.Tech with Honours in Computer Science and Engineering and his Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence from Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Chennai, India. In addition to these achievements, he holds multifarious postgraduate degrees in Arts, Linguistics, Science, and Management, which reflect his wide-ranging multidisciplinary expertise. He is a distinguished technocrat, academician, publisher, global trainer, and life coach with a professional journey spanning over 28 years, seamlessly integrating academia and the corporate sector. Beginning his teaching career in 2000 as a Lecturer, he rose through the ranks of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Professor, and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, serving in several prestigious engineering institutions and universities across Tamil Nadu.
His contribution to academic research is significant, with more than 35 refereed and indexed publications in reputed international journals such as Web of Science, ESCI, Scopus, Springer, and Elsevier’s Engineering Index (Compendex). He has authored three books, published two patents, and produced multiple works bearing ISBNs and DOIs, underlining his commitment to knowledge creation and innovation. As a prolific trainer, he has delivered over 179 workshops, faculty development programs, and seminars across domains including Information Technology, Human Resource Management, E-Business, and Soft Skills. His sessions are widely acknowledged for their practical insights and transformative impact. Since 2019, he has also been serving as an Empanelled Civil Instructor for Officer Cadets at the Officers Training Academy (OTA), Chennai, contributing to the shaping of military leadership development.
His entrepreneurial spirit led to the founding of Magestic Technology Solutions (P) Ltd in 2019, where he continues as Chairman and Director, spearheading technological innovation, consultancy, and capacity-building initiatives. Since 2014, he has also held the position of Director at Jupiter Publications Consortium, a reputed global academic publishing house. Through these leadership roles, he has successfully bridged the gap between academia and industry, fostering an ecosystem of research, innovation, and knowledge transfer at both national and international levels. On the global academic stage, since 2022, he has been serving as Professor at JP Jacobs International University and JP Jacobs International Research Foundation in the United Kingdom, contributing to international academic strategy and research leadership. In India, he has been associated with SRM Institute of Science and Technology (Online Programmes) as a Visiting Professor and Four Quadrant Content Developer since 2022, actively engaged in designing and delivering outcome-based digital curricula. Since 2023, he has also served as a Visiting Professor at Tagore Engineering College, Chennai. His unwavering focus on digital pedagogy, curriculum innovation, and e-learning underscores his alignment with global educational trends and future-ready learning ecosystems.
Prof. Dr. Magesh has been recognized with several prestigious national and international awards, including the Distinguished Innovator & Edupreneur Award conferred by NFED in 2017, the Lifetime Achievement Award from NFED in 2019, and the Distinguished Entrepreneur Award presented as part of the Global Excellence Awards by Centro Universitário Unifacvest, Brazil, in 2023. Further cementing his relationship with NFED, he is recognized as a Distinguished Fellow (Second Term) and also serves as a Corporate Advisor to the organization. An accomplished sportsperson, he is also a former National-Level Handball Player, exemplifying excellence in both intellectual and athletic pursuits. His holistic personality, blending leadership, mentorship, research acumen, innovation, and personal discipline, sets a unique benchmark in education and entrepreneurship. Prof. Dr. S. Mrs. Esther Faith Martina – Senior Editor
Esther Faith Martina completed her schooling at Baynes Memorial Baptist Church Matriculation Higher Secondary School Chennai, with a B.Sc in Zoology from the renowned Women’s Christian College in 1997. She earned her Masters in English Literature in the year 2001, a B.Ed in English in 2006 and an MBA in Education Management during the year 2008. Martina started her career as a Teacher in the year 1997 at Bingham Baptist School, Chennai and due to her perpetual hard work, foreseeing vision and unstinted educational service to the learner community at large, she was elevated as Principal in the year 2001 with an illustrious teaching career spanning for 15 years.
She worked as an Administrative Officer at a Patent and Trademark corporate office for 3 years, and she was a freelance education consultant till the year 2018. With strategic foresight, determination, and passion for the field of education , I co-founded a company named Magestic Technology Solutions Private Limited to provide holistic education solutions during the year 2019.
As a leader and innovator, Martina possesses strong business development and relationship-building skills. She has conducted numerous workshops and seminars in collaboration with universities and colleges, bridging contemporary real-time knowledge to nurture budding academicians and entrepreneurs. Since 2019, she has been an empanelled Language Trainer with Words Worth & Officer’s Training Academy, Chennai.
Martina’s career seamlessly blends academic excellence, entrepreneurship, and leadership. She has earned prestigious accolades, including the Distinguished Entrepreneur Award from Centro Universitario Unifacvest, Brazil & Special Minds, India (Oct 01, 2023) and Women Achiever of the Year 2025 from Lions Club International & Penulagam (Apr 9, 2025). A former district-level athlete, she currently serves as Director and CEO of Magestic Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Senior Editor at Jupiter Publications Consortium, Chennai, continuing to make a significant impact.
